View Confirmed Riders

See all riders who have confirmed their maintenance appointment, grouped by service date and batch.

Submit Maintenance Reports

For each rider, record the vehicle type, model/serial number, faults found, repair status, and any remarks after servicing the bike.

Update Reports Anytime

Reports can be updated after initial submission. Tap any rider's card to open the report form and make changes.

Admin Controls Report Visibility

Once submitted, the admin can make a report visible to the rider. Riders can then view their own maintenance report from their confirmation page.

Track Check-In Status

The dashboard shows which riders have checked in (marked as finished) and their satisfaction ratings, giving a live overview of the service day.
